Salem Lutheran Church of Fontanelle was founded in 1860 by German immigrants. Today our rural congregation is a worship center for people from several communities, including Fontanelle, Nickerson, Fremont, Omaha, Blair, Arlington, Hooper and Winslow.

Lenten Season Begins February 22nd with Ash Wednesday Worship/Communion at 7 p.m. 

Mid week Lenten Services Starting Wednesday February 29th we will be having our Lenten Supper and Service. Supper will start at 6 P.M. and Worship will follow at 7 P.M.

 If you do not already have a church, please consider worshiping with us. Salem Lutheran Church of Fontanelle is a small, friendly congregation with a rich history. Worship is held Sunday mornings at 10:30a.m

Invite a Friend/Fill the Church

                   Sunday February 12th                      Potluck following worship. Join the Sunday School youth following the potluck as they go caroling to the shut-in/friends of Salem.
